General delivery conditions for supplies of Kámen Becke Moravia, s.r.o.

Providing that it is natural stone – price includes up to 5 % nonstandard, defective or incomplete stone elements.

Complaint over 5 % from total quantity will be solve by way of exchange or by credit note – according to wish of customer.

Takeover of products is in participation of buyer or acredited representative and it must be marked in delivery note. Buyer is obliged to check up quantity, perfection of delivery during takeover. Takeover must be confirm and undersign by buyer on this document with company stamp and date.

Missing products must be written in delivery note.

Buyer will has proprietary rights when he pays all of the buying price. In case that buyer will pay only part of price as advance in time of order he has responsibility for risk of exchange difference CZK and USD – and that is in time between order and delivery from amount of unpaid difference.

Buyer must ensure offtake at agreed time and unloading of products in case of delivery which is organized by seller and products are handed over by transporter of seller in delivery point according to agreement between buyer and seller.

Customer and provider have not claim for damages in situation where takeover was impossible due to inevitable accident, especially natural or other disaster, terrorist attack, war, demurrage or strike.
